Breath Permit
Permits may be renewed up to 6 months in advance of the permit expiration date. Permits that have yet to expire more than two years require attendance at a Renewal Testing. Permits that are expired more than two years require attending the full class.
Breath Cards
Permits are renewed yearly pending a successful proficiency test. A successful test is a subject test with a valid BrAC value or performing a Proficiency Test on an instrument.
Laboratory Permit
Permits are renewed yearly up to 6 months before the permit expiration date.
