2019 Ohio Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (OPCPCC) Fall Conference
The eighth annual Ohio Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (OPCPCC) conference was held on Friday, November 8, 2019, at the Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City, OH. The conference theme was PCMH and Social Determinants: Improving Health Equity for All Ohioans. The keynote speaker for this year’s conference was Deena Chisolm, PhD. Dr. Chisolm is the director of the Center for Innovation in Pediatric Practice and vice president for health services research at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
