The COVID-19 call center is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you have questions about how to protect yourself and prepare for COVID-19 in your community, the Ohio Department of Health (OHD) can provide answers.

The ODH COVID-19 call center can be reached at 1-833-4-ASK-ODH (1-833-427-5634). ODH staff members operate the center Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Call center staff are available to answer questions and provide accurate information about COVID-19 transmission, and the importance of prevention, vaccination, testing and treatment. Staff members can also help book COVID-19 vaccine appointments over phone for those who do not have internet access or need assistance.
